It's that time of year again. It's not guerilla film-making but this place is pretty dead and it's a chance to get some posting action going!
Film of the year 2002
I'll start and say I thought this year's best was:
? Mulholland Drive
Runner- up:
? ivansxtc
Any other offers...

Hey there.
Lots of great movies this year. Nine Queens/The Royal Tenenbaums/Ocean's 11/Sweet Sixteen/Vanilla Sky are probably my faves. Untill I remember some more that is.
Is there a list of all the films released in a year anywhere? I think Ive seen pretty much every new release.

Hey there.
You actualy liked Morvern Callar? I swear the BBC finance about half a film a year and this is what they choose.
I heard the book is very good. It has a plot and everything. Shame they chose not to use it in the movie.
Watching Ramsey and her DP **** each other off for 3 hours does not a movie of the year make.
Despin out.

i fully admit that the film is style over substance, but thats still valid... maybe i see it more as a great peice of cinematography, and a trippy low key plot... that still makes it a contender for film of the year, a lot better than the usual brit flick sh?t
